Candidate Help

I can't login

To login, go to https://candidate.jesica.ai/auth/signin and enter your email and password.

If you get the error message “No active account found with the given credentials” then there are several things you should check:

  1. Account Activation – Did you click the “Activate your account” button in the email you received?
  2. Jesica for Employers – Are you on candidate.jesica.ai or did you accidentally visit employer.jesica.ai
  3. Wrong Password – Are you entering the correct password?  You can always reset your password.

To apply for a job:

  1. Go to a job page like https://candidate.jesica.ai/jobs/77
  2. Click “Apply Now”
  3. Sign in to your account (If you are new, sign up, activate your account and complete your profile)
  4. Click “Next” on the “Application Submission” page
  5. Click “Start Video Interview”

If you are stuck on the profile page, return to the job page (e.g. https://candidate.jesica.ai/jobs/77) and click “Apply Now”

If you want to resume your application, just return to the job page (e.g. https://candidate.jesica.ai/jobs/77) and click “Apply Now”

To interview, click “Start Video Interview” and follow the steps.

If you are having trouble, you can always try again later.
